The practical detail
Is the Family plan per child or per family?
Per family, at the same per-grade price. One account covers up to four children, each with their own profile, placement and progress records. If you have more than four children, email us — we will not charge you twice for the same lessons.
What happens if I add another grade later?
Each grade is a monthly subscription. Adding Grade 2 does not replace Grade 1 — you pay the same monthly rate for each grade you keep. Cancel any grade from your dashboard; access lasts until the end of that billing month.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Yes. Reduced pricing applies automatically in 12 countries including South Africa, the Philippines, India, Nigeria and Kenya, and is reflected in the price shown at checkout. We also run a bursary programme for families who cannot afford the reduced rate — email us and we will sort it out without requiring documentation.
What is the refund policy?
Thirty days, no questions asked, on any grade. Reply to your receipt email and we will refund it.
